To complete your application, please ensure you provide proof of insurance, food permits (if applicable), your business address, and a primary contact name. Please also include a photo of your booth setup and specify if your space requires electricity and/or water hookups. You can include these details in the form below or in your follow-up communication with our team.

The Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint, East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, ELCC Foundation, BFRO, Cascade Peaks, the town of Randle, WA or anyone affiliated with these organizations shall not be responsible for any injury or loss, arising out of or relating to the Vendor’s use of the festival property and/or conduct or omissions pursuant to the Contract, regardless of whether such injury or loss is to the Vendor’s person or property, or to any third party or to the public, regardless of whether such loss or injury arises out of or is related to any act or omission by Sasquatch Beyond The Footprint, ELCC, ELCCF, BFRO, the town of Packwood. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint, East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, ELCC Foundation, BFRO, Cascade Peaks, the town of Packwood, WA or anyone affiliated with these organizations agents harmless from any such loss, injury, claim, or liability arising out of or relating to the Vendor’s use of the property and/or conduct or omissions pursuant to this contract. All insurance must be paid for and held by the Vendor, including set-up. The Vendor shall be responsible for any legal fees, court costs, and expenses incurred by the Sasquatch -Beyond the Footprint in compelling or attempting to compel compliance with this Contract or in remedying or attempting to remedy any breach of this Contract by the Vendor. All decisions of the Sasquatch-Beyond The Footprint and all of the agencies mentioned are final and not appealable except as otherwise required by law.

All Vendors selling food items, whether for profit or not, shall have and are responsible for the procurement of the proper certificates and licenses from the Lewis County Department of Health PRIOR to opening for business. Any food Vendor who does not have the proper authorization from the Lewis County Department of Health will NOT be allowed to open for business and will be ordered to leave the park without any refund.

There will be NO REFUNDS in the event of rain, no-show by the Vendor, or expulsion or removal for breach of any of the terms of the contract. Only members of the Sasquatch Beyond The Footprint may allocate space and determine the location of Vendors. Size and location of spaces will be strictly enforced. There will be a $35 charge for returned checks. After a bad check is received, Vendors will have to pay by cash or money order.

All Vendors agree to keep the immediate area around their booth, tent, shelter house, trailer or assigned space clean and free of clutter and hazards. All Vendors agree to conduct themselves appropriately. All Vendors further agree that they will comply with all requirements and requests of the State Fire Marshall, Randle Fire Department, the town of Randle, any law enforcement personnel, and the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint or its agents, as well as applicable Town ordinances and laws of Washington and the United States.

Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages of any kind, no items containing images or depictions of illegal or pornographic, or explicit photo items or activity, and no weapons of any kind are permitted at the Sasquatch Festival. No use of marijuana around your booths or open area to our guests. The East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce and its members have final say on what may or may not be sold. If you are found to be in violation of this term, you may be subject to expulsion from the festival. If you are found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages or any other illegal substance at the Sasquatch Festival other than allocated areas or any other areas being used by the Sasquatch Festival, you will be charged with a criminal offense and ordered to leave the festival immediately.

At this time there are no Electrical and water hook-ups available. We are currently researching those options. Confirm and check that stakes are NOT allowed in the ground due to cement/asphalt . If property is discovered damaged, the Vendor SHALL PAY to the East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce damages. By order of the State Fire Marshall, all Vendors MUST HAVE AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE, CHARGED FIRE EXTINGUISHER in his/her Vendor space. All tarps must be fire retardant.

This contract is the entire contract between Vendor and the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint and all above listed agencies. This contract may not be amended or modified unless done so in writing and signed by all Parties.

For and in consideration of East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce authorizing the undersigned to vend at the 2026 Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival l, the undersigned participant does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival, Inc. it's members, volunteers and officers, and above mentioned agencies for any claim or bodily injury to any person whomsoever, occurring in or upon the space reserved for all activities of the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival, including costs and reasonable attorney fees.

Participant agrees to assume all risks and release the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival, it's members, volunteers and officers, and any agencies mentioned above from any and all liabilities from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss, including, but not limited to, loss or damage of vendors’ property in the care, custody, or control of the vendor. In the event that the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival, it's members, volunteers or officers, or agencies listed above are named as defendant(s)in any action covered by this indemnification and hold harmless agreement, then in such an event, the undersigned vendor does hereby agree to immediately accept the tender of said defense, defend said action, and hold the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival, it's members, volunteers and officers and any other agencies listed above, harmless of any liabilities thereon. I understand that the vendor space must be open during the Sasquatch Beyond the Footprint Festival hours. On behalf of myself and the organization I represent, I acknowledge receipt of the vender contract and the rules and regulations related to participating as a vender and will abide by the rules and regulations.
